The challenge
A one-person grooming business for dogs, cats and bunnies needed one place to take bookings and keep clients, pets and paperwork organised, without evenings spent at a computer.
What we built
- A warm, characterful website with services, prices, gallery, reviews and a blog.
- Online booking requests and new-client forms, built for phones.
- A business panel: appointments, clients, pets and their files in one place.
- She edits every page herself from the panel. No developer needed.
- Automatic emails to customers.
The result
The whole business now runs from one system she owns and updates herself, for a groomer rated 4.9 on Google.
